Cranesbill Books is a locally owned and independently operated book and
toy store in Chelsea, Michigan. With a cozy,
friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff, it is sure to become one
of your favorite places to visit in town.

We hold many special events at our store, including book signings and visits
with local and national authors and illustrators, film screen and discussions,
activities for kids and more.

Cranesbill is a wonderful place to visit when you're looking for
something new to read. Our staff has a great love of reading, and we
provide personal service to help you find what you are
looking for. We have everything from bestsellers, book club favorites
and old classics, and can order anything you'd like — and you don't
have to pay shipping!
Cranesbill also features affordable,
fun and educational toys for kids (and grownups)! We offer a great
selection of items from Toysmith, Melissa & Doug and other favorites.
