Swimmers must register before they begin swimming.
Registration deadline is
JANUARY 15 to avoid a $10 late fee.

PRACTICE REGIMEN
Swimmers may attend up to five
practice sessions per week.
Swimmers and parents, working
with CAC coaches, should
determine a reasonable
practice schedule to achieve
their goals for fitness,
competition, and a fun
experience.

MEET PARTICIPATION
The session typically has a
mock (practice) meet, and five
dual meets (both home and
away). By signing up for CAC,
a swimmer is automatically
registered for that season’s
meets. Please notify the
coaches in advance if there is
a date you are not able to
attend. Meets begin at 5:15pm
with warm-ups and swim events
start promptly at 6pm. Check
the CAC website at
www.cacswim.org for final meet
dates and locations.

PARENT INFORMATION MEETING
Monday, January 4, 7:00–8:00
p.m., Beach Middle School
Cafeteria. Register swimmer(s)
and meet CAC coaches and board
members.
