Free Playwriting Workshop for Teens

Details:

This workshop is intended for 8th-12th graders who are interested in exploring the art of playwriting. Participants will learn the basic rules of dramatic structure, and use writing exercises to create monologues, scenes and the beginnings of a short play. The workshop will feature discussions, table readings and peer feedback. Instructors are PRTC resident artists Michelle Mountain and Heidi Bennett.
