Faithful Fitness Fall Classes

Event Information:

Date: Tuesday September 7th, 2010
Cost: FREE! Donations accepted to pay for childcare ($1 w/o children, $2 w/children)

Details:

Group Fitness for men & women. All classes are drop In.
*Mon./Wed. 9-10 a.m.
*Tues./Thurs. 6-7 p.m.

*Childcare available (we accept small donations of $1 w/o children and $2 w/ children to help pay for our childcare workers.

Silver Sneakerz- for mature adults or for those with physical limitations.

Tues./Thurs. 8-8:45 a.m.

Classes meet in the lower level of the Chelsea Free Methodist Church

Instructors are trained or certified.
We follow the Chelsea School District calendar--if there is no school, there is no FF class.
