Reminder of Snow Removal Ordinance[From City of Chelsea website] The City has a snow removal ordinance which addresses the responsibility of property owners within the City to remove snow and ice from pedestrian sidewalks. It is the responsibility of property owners to remove accumulation of snow or ice within 48 hours. Your assistance in making the sidewalks safer during the winter season for our pedestrians is appreciated. |
